What is attitude and how does it apply to your life? 

Attitude is defined as a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person’s behavior; a position of the body proper to or implying an action or mental state; truculent or uncooperative behavior; a resentful or antagonistic manner (Google Search Attitude, 2019).

Your attitude is important because it tells a person who you really are in life. Your attitude dictates most of your outcomes in situations. Your attitude is your behavior.

Think about it, your behavior is based on your attitude. If you have a nasty attitude and carry around a negative way of thinking then you will more than likely be a negative person. If you have a positive attitude and have a positive way of thinking then you are more than likely a positive person.

Do you understand how attitude applies to your life yet? 

Attitude applies because many of you don’t realize that your attitude is causing most of the chaos in your life. Your attitude dictates how you will handle any situation you encounter daily.

It is important to remember that a positive attitude will help you cope better with the chaos that enters your life. Having a positive attitude brings about a healthy lifestyle. Being positive opens the door to endless opportunities.

I encourage you to have a positive attitude in life. Remove the negativity from your mind, body, and soul and watch your life transform. You are in control of your life. You are in control of your attitude.

Change your approach in life and watch things change for the better. Remember you were born for a purpose. It is up to you to find that purpose and to remain positive along the way.
