What is integrity and how does it apply to your life?
Integrity is defined as having the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness, (Merrian Dictionary, 2019).
Integrity is the inner sense of a person it rises from qualities such as honesty, thoughtfulness, and compassion. Integrity is a fundamental value to have, it is a person’s integrity that will guide his or her in life.
Integrity is important because it is the way you carry yourself in life. You decide what type of person you want to be. You decide if you are going to be positive energy or negative energy. You decide if you will be trustworthy or not. You decide if you have good intentions or bad.
Do you understand what integrity is and how it applies to your life yet?
Integrity applies to you and your life because you can tell what type of a person someone is by their integrity.
Your integrity is your character. It defines what type of person you are. Ask yourself what kind of person are you? Are you an honest person? Are you trustworthy? Do you have honest intentions? If you answered no then you probably don’t have integrity.
I need you to understand that the way you present yourself in life is based on your character, your character is based on your integrity.
I encourage you to have integrity. I encourage you to be a positive energy and remember you were born for a purpose. It is up to you to find that purpose.
