Protect Your Energy

Energy is defined by, (Merriam Dictionary, 2019), as the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity ( Merriam-Dictionary 2019).

Britannica wrote energy exists in different forms but is neither created nor destroyed; it simply converts to another form (Britannica 2019).

The ancient Hindu and yogic traditions believe in a series of energy points running through the body, from the root chakra in the base of the spine to the Crown Chakra at the top of the head. Numbering seven in total,( 2019).

So it would be wise to understand how energy plays a part in your life. Understand energy can’t be destroyed it can only be transformed. Understand that you are energy! So you should always want to protect that energy!

You determine the energy you produce! Only you can decide if you will be positive or negative. I encourage you to put positive energy into the world so that positive energy may be returned to you!

Stop allowing negative energy, to invade your personal space! Stop allowing negative things into your life, they are distractions sent to throw you off your course in finding your purpose!

It plays a part because you are human and your body is made up of energy. Your very movement is energy, the fact that you are reading this blog is utilizing your energy. You use energy to retain the things you read. Energy is used for everything you do.

Feed your energy wisely! You were born for a purpose! Understand that and protect your energy!
