Humble

What does humble mean and how does it apply to your life?

Humble is defined by Merriam Dictionary (2018), as having or showing a modest or low estimate of one’s own importance (Merriam Dictionary, 2018).

Humble is when you let the pride you have, go! Humble is when you’re not being arrogant or cocky about something in your life.

Do you understand how humble applies to your life yet?

Humble applies to your life because many of you are walking around like you have it all together like you know the answer to everything, and YOU don’t! Trust me, we all have room to grow and learn!

Humble is when you realize you don’t have it all together or know everything and you accept that you don’t. Being humble does not make you weak if anything being humble makes you strong! Being humble allows you to grow.

It is ok to admit when you are wrong! It is ok to admit defeat! Every fight is not ours to win! Humble yourself to know your worth, and what you are capable of.

Ask for forgiveness when you have wronged. You don’t know everything! That is an example of being humble!

Understand your weaknesses and strengths. You are human, we all have them! You will always have room to learn and grow. What once worked, may not work for you anymore! Humble yourself enough to know when to change your approach!

I encourage you to get your life together. Humble yourself enough to know you don’t know everything. Be willing to humble yourself enough to know when to change and when to grow.

Understand that tomorrow isn’t promised to any of us, stop wasting time having too much pride, and not forgiving people or holding grudges. Humble yourself enough to realize that!

Know that you were born for a purpose, and that purpose does not include having an arrogant attitude! Humble yourself!

I encourage you to find your purpose and tap into its greatness. Remember what you are capable of!
