Patience

What is patience and how does it apply to your life?

Patience is defined by Websters New World Dictionary (2018), as the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset (Agnes 2018).

I have always been told patience is a virtue. because it teaches self-control. Patience is a tool that many of us do not have.   Patience is the ability to wait for something, despite the negative energy that comes while waiting.

Do you understand how patience applies to your life yet?

Patience applies because it is important to have in overcoming frustration, anger, and stress.  It means you’re not troubled by the delays in life, nor the chaos that may come with it. If you have patience you won’t allow things to bother you!

Patience is an acquired skill to have. Patience gives you the ability to make rational decisions. It allows you to have time to think about things.

Patience makes you healthier if you think about it. If you have patience you won’t be as frustrated when the drama comes at you in life. Patience won’t allow you to be stressed and angry about unnecessary things.

Having patience helps you reach your goals in life if you think about it. It allows you to understand that every battle isn’t yours to fight! Some battles are sent to distract you, and those are the ones that are meant for your creator to fight for you.

Patience is something that many of us don’t have! Many of us face trials and tribulations every day and focus on the stress that is left behind from that trial and tribulation. We don’t let things go, we hold on to them and let them manifest later in life.

We make the mistake of being so angry and frustrated we miss opportunities and blessings out of life when all we have to do is have patience. If you have patience you will see everything will work out!

You were born for a purpose! You need to find that purpose and tap into its greatness. You have the ability to practice patience! You just need to do it!
