Healing from within

What is, healing from within, and how does it apply to your life?

Healing is defined by, Websters New World Dictionary (2018), as the process of making or becoming sound or healthy again (Agnes 2018).

Within is defined by, Websters New World Dictionary (2018), as inside (Agnes 2018).

Healing from within means just what it says, you heal from within. Healing starts with you! Healing is having peace with a situation or experience, and accepting it, for what it is.

It is important to recognize, that the key to healing starts with you, and understanding why you are hurt. Why did the situation or experience make you feel the way it did? Once you understand your true feelings, about the situation or experience, the healing process begins.

How do you understand, you, so that you can heal?

In order to heal, you have to start to self-reflect and analyze the situations, you encounter daily. You have to ask yourself, why did the situation or experience, make you feel, that way? During self-reflection ask yourself, was the way you reacted necessary, did it help you grow? If not, then it wasn’t healing, it didn’t bring you peace, it didn’t help you grow!

Learn to recognize what helps you grow and what doesn’t!

How can you forgive others, or mend relationships if you have not dealt with the issues within yourself? That is why it is important to understand, YOU first, or you can not heal!

You have to want to heal, for it to work! Healing starts with understanding YOU, and why you react the way, that you do. Start to self-reflect and analyze why the situation made you feel the way it did.

If something does not help you reach your purpose in life, then let it go! Let the pain of the situation go, and start healing. Rember healing helps you grow!

You were born for a purpose! I encourage you to find that purpose! Start to heal, so that you can grow into what you are destined to be.
